Payment

We accept payment by cheque, debit, credit card or via online transfer.

Where you would like time to consider a purchase we are able to hold the item reserved for up to twenty four hours.

When you wish to go ahead with a purchase, we require the full payment at the time of sale.


Prices

Prices are as set out on the website, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time.

Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.


Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UK, Europe and Internationally, and carry out most local deliveries ourselves. Delivery costs are dependent on each individual item.

For Europe and International deliveries, we only work with reputable and trusted shipping handlers and couriers who we know will deliver items safely to your home and will offer a competitive and fair price.

If using a delivery company of your own choice, please ensure that they are experienced at moving antique furniture and are covered by insurance.

International Customers Please Note :-

For customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers by either e-mail or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes.

Any additional local taxes and surcharges applied when the item arrives at its destination are payable by the customer.


Returns

In the rare case that you wish to return an item, we need notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved. The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.

Storage

Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.

“Keep your eyes open”

Everyone loves a bargain but remain cautious – especially if something seems too good to be true. If you have concerns that an item could be a fake or a reproduction, then simply ask. The seller should be happy to help and if not, you can always walk away. If you’ve done your research, you should know some of the tell-tale signs of a reproduction and have an idea of the value of the piece.
