Just come back from the Circus, WOW!

We have just returned from Hay on Wye, where we made our annual pilgrimage to see the wonderous Giffords Circus. Toti & Nell Gifford began their circus adventure in 2000. Such a glamourous troupe, the costume are a joy, no tatty sequin leotards here, period silks, velvets, lace and feathers make up a spectacle in their own right.
The troupe perform from their hearts, generating lots fun and energy, the big top is intimate and one wonders at the skills of the perfprmers, no trickery and CGS just talent. The music is a vital part of the show;played and sung by gorgeous girls and handsome men. The instruments include a set of spanners, trumpets, drums , whistles and banjos, all played withcon brio.
We always look forward to our trip, and our teenage boys still laugh at the excellent clowning, we leave the tent reluctantly, the spell is broken once more, till next year
