 This oak country clock made by Brerver  of Cheadle, single handed, 30hour, striking on a bell.
With very broadly splayed moulded cornice, a pierced fretted frieze of striking but subtle design, slender pilasters  to the hood, the arched has a large yew-wood inlayed floret.

1740-50
